Coffin

Getting comfortable in a coffin is an art, even if an easy one. Lying still, without a sudden movement or turning on one’s side and even without a thought of doing either of the two, requires patience and discipline. Regulating the thought is as important as regulating the act because the open nails and misplaced sharp edges of wood can only impose discipline as long as one does not start craving for cuts or bruises or for any sensation, however hurtful, just to feel alive.
In that cozy darkness, you can be as rebellious as you want to be but not more than you are allowed to be.

  2. Be rebellious, have bruises, chuck discipline to be alive again. Nice writeup.
