Inertia

Conquering the world is a romantic concept. It can drive you out of bed, make you take a shower and organize your room. It is the force that Newton talked about in his crap about inertia. But it works only till that tiny, shy and timid 'Why' looks at you with his wide inquisitive eyes and then all you can do is to take the next couch you come across and lie down, watch TV, pick your nose, grow a beard and rot.

If power could buy someone freedom I would have known at least one free person. The thing is: you are bound by what you bind , tied to what you tie and ruled by those you rule. No act of association, violence or renunciation can set you free. Even in free fall you are caged in gravity. And that renders the pursuit futile.

But I still hope to see a day when I am not looking for someone to worship. Not that I am not awfully scared of the day; I just find it to be a flattering dream to have.

  1. Ah ! wonderfully simply put. exquisite. It is a romantic concept. And i think if we just for once look, we will see that its this romance underneath that fuels all the logistics around, all the levers of the power machine.

  4. Dont get me wrong (although i am not forcing you to not get me wrong, it's your free will :P ) I love Free Will, and it's sequels.

But, (you will agree on this perhaps) it's practical implementations have not brought fruit what they could have
